Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) By way of present petition, a prayer has been made to quash the transfer order dated 27.06.2020 (Annexure P-5), whereby the petitioner was asked to join his duties at District Industries Centre, Lahaul Spiti at Keylong.
2. Since the petitioner was 57 years old at the time when the petition was instituted in the year 2020 and now he has retired from service, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
