ORDER
1. Despite the service of Bailable Warrant upon owner of respondent no.1 and despite the fact that on earlier occasion time was granted to the respondent no.1 to file reply and to file vakalatnama and despite the cost was imposed on respondent no.1, neither Vakalatnama has been filed nor any reply has been filed by respondent no.1.
2. As usual, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 is seeking time to file reply, Vakalatnama and time to deposit the cost, which is granted till next date of hearing.
3. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 16.12.2026.
