ORDER
1. Case taken up.
2. A direction was sent to Commissioner of Police, Mumbai. It was reported to have been issued. But, no response is there. Let a notice by name against Commissioner of Police, Mumbai be got issued for ensuring compliance and submission of Report.
3. Mr. Gufran, Advocate, claiming himself to be with power for respondent, Mr. Vinod Somnath Gupta, for filing it on record, is there. He will file it within in two days. A request is for grant of time for filing reply. if any.
