ORDER
1. We have heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner who has submitted that they have already filed their affidavit of examination-in-chief on behalf of the witness of the petitioner and written submission. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondent .
2. Hence , the matter shall be listed before the Court of Registrar for cross-examination of the witness(es) of the petitioner on 20.11.2026.
