ORDER
1. Case taken up.
2. Counsel for Petitioner and the non intervenor is present in virtual mode.
3. A notice was said to have been issued on the personal letter head of this non intervenor. Whereas the direction was to take steps with the Tribunal. He is making a request to make compliance of same.
