ORDER
Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that as there are some old documents which are to be traced, hence, the reply could not be filed along with the cost imposed by the Hon'ble Bench vide its order dated 11.08.2026. He further requests time of four weeks to file the reply along with cost. Prayer is allowed subject to the condition that if the Evidence Affidavit is not filed within the extended time, a cost of Rs.5000/- shall be payable by the Petitioner in the name of " TDSAT EMPLOYEES' WELFARE SOCIETY ", in addition to the cost already imposed earlier by the Hon'ble Bench vide its order dated 11.08.2026.
