ORDER
1. Case taken up.
2. Learned Counsel for Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 are present. Counsel for Respondent No. 1 is requesting for discharge. A notice was said to be sent through post and written as 'undelivered'. In spite of all efforts, no response from Respondent No. 1 is there, to it's counsel.
3. Let Respondent No. 1 be got communicated by this counsel, informing about the proposed discharge, with an option to get another Counsel engaged, otherwise to face consequences of exparte proceeding in the matter. This be brought on record, by this Counsel for Respondent No. 1.
4. List the matter on 08.01.2027 “for further hearing”.
