ORDER
1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are appearing in virtual mode.
2. Owing to some miscommunication, a request with regard to restructuring of Petitioner Company was made, by Petitioner’s Counsel on previous date. But, no such restructuring is there. Hence, it need not to move any amendment application.
3. A request for adjournment on the ground of arguing Counsel of Respondent is being made.
