ORDER
1. MA 294/2026: Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from their client, is seeking permission to withdraw this MA at this stage. In view of this submission, this MA is hereby disposed of as not pressed at this stage.
3. TP 34/2026: We have heard learned counsels for both sides at length. Further hearing will continue on 28.1.2027. Interim relief granted earlier vide our order dated 7.10.2026 shall continue to be operative during the pendency and final hearing of this Telecom Petition.
