ORDER
1. Learned c ounsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions from their client, submitted that the grievances ventilated in this petition have been brought to an end and hence, petitioner is not pressing this petition at this stage.
2 . We have heard learned counsel Mr. Nitin Darmora, who is appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. In view of these limited submissions, this petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage . Interim relief, if any, shall stand vacated.
