ORDER
1. Case taken up.
2. Counsel for Petitioner along with petitioner in person, is present. Neither Respondent, nor his counsel is there. Though on previous date, a time was taken and it was granted, subject to cost. The cost has also not been paid. Mr. Himanshu Dhawan, counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 is mentioning about the instruction given to him for filing Vakalatnama afresh, and appearing of the Respondent No. 1 in person, on next date, preferably, after two weeks. The cost will also be paid by the next date.
3. A request is being accepted, with a further cost of Rs. 2000/-, to compensate the Petitioner, who is present in person. Let vakalatnama afresh be got filed. Cost be got paid and Respondent No. 1 be present along with his counsel on 27.11.2026.
