2. In spite of issuing a service of the notice to Commissioner of Police, no response is there. Let this be got reported to Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow for bringing the notice of state of affairs of Police at Kanpur Nagar. He is being further directed to ensure the compliance and submission of report, at an earliest.
