ORDER

1. Case taken up.

2. The Application with regard to change of name of Petitioner Company was allowed, and it was to be incorporated in Petition in Red Ink by Counsel for Petitioner under his signature and writing. But, still the Petition is un-amended. The amended memo of Petition, said to have been filed on record, is also not placed as a memo, by replacing the previous one. Hence, all these are to be cured first before hearing argument in the matter.
