ORDER

1. We have heard learned counsels appearing for both sides at length.

2 . Learned counsels appearing for respondents have raised a preliminary objection about the maintainability of the present Telecom Petition mainly for the reason that petitioners are not at all service providers. At the highest petitioners are franchisee. Moreover, there is also an arbitration clause in the agreement between the petitioners and the respondent. Several such types of other preliminary objections have been raised by the learned counsels for the respondent.

3. Registry is hereby directed to enlist these matters under the heading "For Hearing" on 26.11.2026.

4. These matters will be heard along with TP 36/2025.

5. Earlier the stay granted in by this Tribunal as well as by Hon'ble Delhi High Court shall stand continued to be operative, during the pendency and final hearing of these Telecom Petitions.
