1. Case taken up.
2. Counsel for Petitioner, Mr. Upender Thakur mentioned that in spite of his best efforts, the details of the LRs of respondent, proprietor could not be available. The death is reported to be there. Thenatfter, exercise was got made. Now, the Tribunal is to pass appropriate order.
3. In spite of death and knowledge of same, steps could not be taken.
