**ORDER**
In the above MA the applicants have prayed to set aside the dismissal order passed in SA 24/2025 on 13.04.2025 passed in SA 24/2025. The applicant has filed the present MA on 17.04.2026.
Ld. Counsel for R1 not filed continuation memo. Ld. Counsel for R1 and R2 reported no counter.
After perusal of the record I find that explanation given by the petitioner for non appearance before this Tribunal is satisfactory.
On the basis of above discussion MA 75/2024 is hereby allowed on contest without costs.
I direct the Ld. Registrar to register the SA 24/2025 on its original number and fix the case for further hearing on SA 24/2025 on 08.12.2026.
