1. Present as under: Mr. Somesh Talla, Counsel for Appellant/Auction Purchaser. Mr. Vivek S. Sawant, Counsel for Respondent No. 1. No representation for another Respondent despite repeated calls.
2. The Counsel for the Appellant/Auction Purchaser would submit that Interim Application I.A. (Diary) No. 1701/2026 was filed with prayer to affect the service on Respondent No. 2 by substituted means of publication in the newspaper on the ground that the notice sent by speed-post has been received back with remarks that Respondent No. 2 has left the place written in the address.
3. Not objected to by the Counsel for Respondent No. 1.
4. Accordingly, I.A. (Diary) No. 1701/2026 is allowed.
5. The service be affected by publication in The Times of India and
Lok Satta.
6. Steps to be taken within two weeks as prayed by the Appellant.
