2. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant would submit that he has made the application to withdraw the amount deposited in DRT- III Mumbai. However, the same has not been returned for that being deposited in the DRAT as in compliance of the order of the Hon’ble High Court. He would further submit that in order to avoid any complications he has tendered the draft of Rs. 2,90,65,150/- from his own money.
3. Let the appeal be registered.
4. The DRT-III Mumbai is directed to refund the amount as stated in para 11 of the order dated 19.10.2026 passed in Writ Petition No. 6456/2026.
5. The Counsel for Respondents would submit that they want to file the reply/objection to the interim stay application I.A. (Diary) No. 1751/2026.
6. Be filed within ten days with advance copy to the other side.
7. List the matter on 13.11.2026 for further proceedings.
