He submits that in the justification for withdrawl of second MACP benefit to the applicant vide communication dated 11.02.2026, respondents have referred to clarification issued by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting letter dated 08.09.2014 and 31.01.2018, however, the same are not on record. Further, qua similar situated person, Ms. Devinder Kaur, the benefit was allowed to continue in view of instructions dated 22.11.2016. The same shall also be placed on record by respondents. List for remaining arguments on 04.02.2027.
