For Applicant(s) Advocate : Ms. Meghana S Nedumpurathu For Respondent(s) Advocate : Ms Sanjana Saddy - through video conference Order of The Tribunal Ms. Meghana S Nedumpurathu on behalf of the Original Applicant/Respondents in MA. Ms. Sanjana Saddy on behalf of the Original Respondents/Applicant in MA through video conference. Heard on MA No. 44/2026 filed for condonation of delay. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that she may be permitted to file the reply opposing MA No. 44/2026 regarding the condonation of delay. On consideration, she is permitted to do so. Heard on MA. No. 386/2026 filed for bringing the LRs of the deceased applicant on record. In view of the fact that the original applicant Shri Simon John Philip, has died on 18.08.2026, the applicant's counsel has filed this MA for bringing the LRs of the deceased on record.

The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same. Accordingly, MA No. 386/2026 is allowed. The LRs of the deceased applicant may be brought on record. Cause title to be amended accordingly. The learned counsel for the respondents mentions that they had furnished all relevant documents including the orders of release of pension to the applicant on14.08.2026. As the original applicant expired on 18.08.2026, the same cannot be confirmed. Hence, she is requested to furnish a fresh set of all the orders including those related to the release of pension to the counsel for the LRs. The learned counsel for the LRs also requests for permission to amend the relief sought in the OA, with respect to the interest on the arrears of the pension and the other benefits, which has been pending for over 30 years. She seeks for some time to file an MA in this regard. The counsel for the respondents may also file the objections to the same. List the case on 07.12.2026.
