CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL PATNA Order Sheet Item no.: 12 O.A./13/2026 (RANCHI) [ FIXATION OF PAY ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 4 Order Dated: 02/11/2026 TIPU KUMAR Vs SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : None

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Ranesh Anand, Sr. Panel Counsel, Mr. Durgesh Agarwal (Proxy Counsel for Mr. Abhay Prakash) Order of The Tribunal None appears on behalf of the applicant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 and 2, Mr. Ranesh Anand, submits that Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4 are the main contesting parties and, therefore, he would rely on the written statement filed by Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4. Proxy counsel, Mr. Durgesh Agarwal, appearing on behalf of Mr. Abhay Prakash, counsel for Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4, submits that the written statement on behalf of the said opposite parties has already been filed and placed on record. The record indicates that counsel for the applicant had received a copy of the written statement on 14.09.2026 itself. On the said date, the case was adjourned and counsel for the applicant was directed to file a rejoinder. However, neither has any rejoinder been filed on behalf of the applicant nor is anyone present to represent the applicant today. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the applicant is not interested in filing any rejoinder. We have perused the records. The pleadings being complete, the case is admitted. List this case for final hearing on 15.02.2027. KUMAR RAJESH CHANDRA Member (A) Justice Narendra Kumar Johari Member (J) Sonali Lal ( court master )
