Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be given an opportunity to submit documentary evidence in support of condonation of delay, i.e. medical prescriptions, investigation reports, bills and medicines which will indicate that till filing of OA the applicant was medically not fit. In this regard, counsel for the applicant requested to grant six weeks time. Counsel for the Opposite Party has not opposed. We have considered the submission of counsel for the applicant. In the interest of justice, applicant is directed to submit the documentary evidence within three weeks after serving a copy of the same to the other side and Opposite Party will submit the objection to MA No. 597/2025 within the next three weeks.
