Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he has filed MA No. 618/2026 to implead Prabha Devi and Sunit Dubey as Opposite Party No. 4 and 5 in the OA. Shri Sheyakur Rahman, Advocate, has appeared and submitted that he is going to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the proposed Opposite party. He also submitted that that he has filed OA No. 444/2026 on behalf of Prabha Devi. In view of the above submission, MA No. 618/2026 is hereby allowed. The applicant is directed to amend the OA accordingly in seven days . He will also provide copy of the OA as well as other annexures to Shri Sheyakur Rahman who will submit its reply/objection in next three weeks. List this OA along with OA No. 444/2026 on 07.12.2026.
