Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the facts of the present OA are similar to the facts of OA No. 185/2025 which has been decided by this Bench of the Tribunal vide order dated 24.02.2026. He, therefore, submitted that the present OA be disposed of on the basis of the order passed in said OA No. 185/2025 as the instant OA is squarely covered by the decision in the said OA. Counsel for the Opposite Party has submitted that the aforesaid order dated 24.02.2026 passed in OA No. 185/2025 has been challenged before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Ranchi vide WP(S) No. 8520 of 2026 where the matter is still sub judice. He requested to adjourn the case till matter is decided by Hon'ble High Court. Counsel for the applicant has not opposed to the aforesaid submission of the counsel for the Opposite Party. In view of the above, list this case on 19.01.2027.
