O R D E R
The Contempt Petition was filed by the applicant seeking appropriate reliefs in connection with alleged non-compliance of the order dated 07.07.2025 in TA No. 7641/2020. The respondents were directed to file a compliance report, which has now been filed.
2. Upon perusal of compliance report, it is evident that the relief has been granted to the petitioner.
3. In light of the compliance report filed and the actions taken by the respondents, the Contempt Petition is hereby closed. Notice will stand discharged.
4. The applicant, if still aggrieved is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy as available under law.
