O R D E R
Hon’ble Mr. Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member The instant Original Application (in short O.A.) has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-
(i) allow the instant Original Application;
(ii) quash and setting aside impugned Order No. 133-TC of 2026 dated 19.10.2026, by virtue of which the applicant is sought to be transferred from the office - of the respondent no 3 to the office of the respondent no 4; PUNEET VERMA C=IN, O=CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL JAMMU BENCH, OU=Stenographer Grade-d, Phone= aa7b38bd53d314f786b216075a60d5802748839 a6ae66373ec72c3a6246faa48, PostalCode= 180001, S=Jammu and Kashmir, SERIALNUMBER= d7b80feb63edd11fc17aa5068a524148531a62c0 99f59eaee1b0c231d2560c7b, CN=PUNEET VERMA 2026.11.03 18:10:02+05'30' 2025.1.0 PUNEET VERMA

(iii) direct the respondents to allow the applicant to perform his duties at the present place of posting i.e. in the office of the respondent no 3, which the applicant was performing before passing of the impugned transfer order;
(iv) restrain the respondents from relieving the applicant from his present place of posting, till the time the representation of the applicant is decided;
(v) ANY other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court, may deem fit or proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant would be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is issued to respondents to treat a copy of this O.A. as representation of the applicant taking a sympathetic view and decide the matter within a time bound manner.
3. Mr. Hunar Gupta, ld. DAG appears on behalf of the Respondents.
4. Accordingly, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is disposed of, at the admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as representation of the applicant taking a sympathetic view by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. A copy of the speaking order shall also be communicated to the applicant.
5. Disposed of accordingly. No orders so as to costs.
