O R D E R
Shri Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member At the outset, learned counsel for the Accountant General has stated that the GPO, CPO and PPO have been issued in favour of the applicant and the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted and the applicant’s counsel has also confirmed it.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels we find no reason to proceed further.
3. Accordingly, the present Original Application stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
