O R D E R
Shri Ram Mohan Johri, Administrative Member Today, when taken up, a Miscellaneous Application has been filed on behalf of applicant seeking preponement of Original Application which is listed on 07.12.2026.
2. Mr. Raghu Mehta, ld. Sr. C.G.S.C. representing respondents stated that he has filed the reply wherein it is stated that the enquiry against the applicant has been concluded and final order of removal from service has also been passed.
3. In view of this, the Original Application has become infructuous and deserves to be dismissed as infructuous.
4. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned senior counsel for respondents, the OA is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. MA stands disposed of.
5. The applicant is at liberty to avail of appropriate legal remedy, as available under law.
