Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that Respondent No. 4 has forwarded the service book of the applicant to his last place of posting, i.e., Respondent No. 5. It was further submitted that Respondent No. 5 has written a letter to the office of the Accountant General for processing the pensionary benefits of the applicant. A certificate explaining the delay in submission has also been placed on record. Since compliance with regard to the submission of the requisite documents to the office of the Accountant General has been made, the cost of ?25,000/- proposed to be imposed vide order dated 25.09.2026 is hereby waived.
