1. M.A./1475/2026 for joint application is allowed, and the O.A. is taken up for consideration.
2. Through the medium of the instant O.A., the applicants have challenged the Order No. 2797 of 2026 dated 03.10.2026 whereby the applicants' claim for appointment as Constables (Executive) in J&K Police has again been rejected despite the directions issued by this Tribunal vide Order dated 07.04.2026 to consider their certificate evidencing 312 hours of Plumber training.
3. Issue notice upon the respondents. Mr. Rais ud din Ganaie, learned DAG, for respondents no. 1 to 3 and Mr. Syed Musaib, learned DAG, for respondent no. 4, appear and accept notices for the respondents, who are granted four weeks' time to file their response.
4. In the meantime, notwithstanding the pendency of the O.A., the respondents are at liberty to take a decision in the matter in accordance with law.
