1. The instant M.A. is filed seeking withdrawal by applicant no. 1, namely, Pawan Kumar (Aged 24 Years), S/o Om Parkash R/o Chaloge Kathua A/P Rajbagh, Srinagar. 190008, from C.P./193/2024.
2. It is averred in the M.A. that the respondents have complied with the directions and passed order in favour of the petitioner no. 1, Mr. Pawan Kumar, as such, seeks his withdrawal from the contempt proceedings.
3. In view of the submissions made, coupled with the averments made in the M.A., prayer is allowed.
4. The registry of this Court is directed to remove the name of petitioner no. 1 Pawan Kumar (Aged 24 Years), S/o Om Parkash R/o Chaloge Kathua A/P Rajbagh, Srinagar. 190008, from the array of parties of the C.P./193/2024.
