MA 594/2026 is filed for amending the name of applicant No. 8 in the cause title in OA 1006/2025 as well as in the cause title in final order 09.03.2026. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the correct name of applicant No. 8 is "Dhanlaxmi Ravishankar". However, by mistake, it has been wrongly spelt as "Dhanalaxmi Ravishankar" in the cause title in OA. Though the error is trivial in nature and does not create any confusion as to the identity of the applicant, in another matter, the Pay and Accounts Officer has raised objection in respect of such error and held that applicants are not entitled to the relief granted by this Tribunal. Therefore, it has become necessary to correct the typographical error in the cause title in OA and final order dated 09.03.2026. CFR, Mr. Su. Srinivasan, SCGSC, has no objection for allowing the MA.
In view of the above, MA No. 594/2026 is allowed. CFA is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of OA No. 1006/2025. Registry is directed to issue corrigendum correcting the name of applicant No. 8 as "Dhanlaxmi Ravishankar" instead of "Dhanalaxmi Ravishankar" in the final order dated 09.03.2026 in OA No. 1006/2025.
