This MA has been filed by the applicant seeking directions to the respondents to produce all relevant records including Master-sheet of all JCOs of ASC (Supply) recommneded for grant of Honorary Commission of Lieutenant on Republic day of 2013 along with details of points awarded to each JCO for preparing merit list. This MA has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant to place on record his objections to the affidavit to MA No.640/2024. For the reasons stated therein the MA is allowed and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the applicant in his objections has mentioned that the MA No.640/2024 filed by the learned counsel for respondents mentions in para 4 of the affidavit that the Panels for grant of Honorary Commission on Independence Day of 2012 and Republic Day of 2013
MA 1521 & 1522 of 2026 and OA 780 of 2014. -2- have been placed on record but actually no such document has been annexed nor a copy of the same been supplied.
Learned counsel for the respondents mentioned that this being a classified document will be placed before the Bench at the time of hearing of the case.
