ORDER
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that judgment on the same issue of this AFT is under challenge in Punjab and Hayana High Court.
He also submits that similar issue has already been allowed by Hon’ble AFT, Lucknow Bench vide judgment dated 03.11.2023 (Ann.A- 10). However, this case will have to await the judgment of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Accordingly, the case is adjourned to 27.01.2027.
