2. It is submitted that the respondent has referred the matter to the Government and the same is pending before the Government. There will be a direction to the Secretary Education to take a final decision in the case of the petitioner as referred by the first respondent, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alognwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the respondent.
