1]The Family Court has made interim arrangement for meeting thechild during winter vacations by permitting the petitioner (mother) to interactwith the child on every Saturday and Sunday in Airia Mall, Badshahpur,Gurugram from 3.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M, 2 Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that themother has not been given opportunity to stay with the child overnight. Hefurther submits that the order has been passed uptill the next date of hearing,which is 01.04.2025. It is evident that the Family Court has made a temporaryarrangement during winter vacations, which come to an end on 14.01.2025.

3]The child is studying in a boarding School, namely, G.D. GoenkalSchool, at Sohna, Gurugram.

4This Court reopens after winter vacations on 07.01.2025.

5]Keeping in view the aforesaid facts,the petition is disposed of withliberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Family Court CR-7595-2024

after 14.01.2025, which shall be decided in accordance with law. However, ifthe petitioner is denied access as ordered by the Family Court, she shall haveliberty to file an appropriate application before the Family Court immediately.
