PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent passed in Proc. No.11730/EA/2024/RWS-PDK dated 15.11.2024, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to reduce the pay of the petitioner, which he was receiving before passing of the impugned order and also direct the respondents to refund the amount recovered from him, award costs.
