ORDER
This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs seeking the leave of this Court to receive an additional document in C.S.No.76 of 2024.
2. The suit is for specific performance of an agreement of sale.
3. According to the applicants / plaintiffs, the additional document sought to be produced is relevant for the effective adjudication of the dispute in question.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has no objection to this application being allowed.
5. Accordingly, Application No.4067 of 2026 is allowed. The applicants / plaintiffs are permitted to produce the additional document in C.S.No.76 of 2024, subject to proof, relevance and admissibility.
