ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India seeking to direct the Sub-Court, Alandur, Chengalpet District to dispose of HMOP.No.225 of 2025 at the earliest.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. This Court has carefully considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the counter is yet to be filed in the divorce petition.
5. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, the above civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Court, Alandur, Chengalpet District to dispose of HMOP.No.225 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03-11-2026
