ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.185 of 2022 at the earliest.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. This Court has carefully considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the trial is yet to commence.
5. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2022, the above civil revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Court, Hosur to dispose of O.S.No.185 of 2022 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03-11-2026 To The Additional District Court, Hosur.
