ORDER
(1) This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the suit bearing O.S.No.187 of 2017 from the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to any other court having concurrent pecuniary jurisdiction.
(2) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
(3) In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
