ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to forward No Objection Certificate for petitioner's permanent crackers shop License in S.F.No.9/3B, D.NO.1/1200/9 of Vaiamapatty Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by answering the 9 queries raised by the first respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.D2/3663035/2025 dated 16.09.2026 to the first respondent based on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.10.2026.
2. Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.D.Rajaboopathy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.
3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate for running cracker shop is pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner seeks appropriate directions from this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing on behalf of the respondents police, on instructions, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
6. Considering the above said fact, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner forthwith, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties. The second respondent shall also duly address the queries raised by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.D2/3663035/2025 dated 16.09.2026 and submit a report to the first respondent. On receipt of the said report, the first respondent shall consider the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, and pass appropriate orders forthwith. .
