ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to direct the 8th respondent do not lay the Road in the petitioner’s Punja lands in Survey No.92/1C4 and its extent of 0.2.50 Ares, in Akkalnayakkanpatty, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai
WP(MD) No. 27004 of 2024 District, without due process of law based on his representation dated 16.08.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation seeking a direction to the 8th respondent, not to lay any road in the petitioner’s Punja lands in Survey No.92/1C4, in Akkalnayakkanpatty, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Claiming that the petitioner’s representation was not considered, this Writ Petition is filed.
3. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no proposal at all to lay such a road.
