ORDER
An order dated 15.02.2023 was challenged by the petitioner in an appeal before the first respondent. Seeking the early disposal thereof, the present Writ Petition was filed.

2. Accepting notice for the sole respondent, Mr.M.S.Parthiban, learned Government Advocate, submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within six months.
3. Considering the limited scope of relief claimed in this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
