ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th and 6th respondents from closing down the top of the irrigation canal running through R.S.No.691/2A of Muthalakurichy Village, KalkulamTaluk, Kanyakumari District and to restore the canal to its original width of 2 feet.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the Special Government Pleader submitted that without disturbing the original width of two feet, the construction of irrigation canal has already been completed.
