This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 17/09/2026 in C.M.P.(MD) No.12614 of 2026 in C.R.P.(MD) SR No.52959 of 2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied that sufficient grounds have been made out for granting the extension sought for.
