JUDGMENT

2. Ms.Sharada Vivek, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, on instruction, would submit that the appellants arrayed as A2 and A3 before the Trial Court are no more; and that A2 namely Mr.Surya died on 06.08.2022 and A3 namely Mr.Ajay died on 17.03.2026.
