ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police, a complaint was received as against the petitioner herein from his brother on 17.10.2026 and it was closed on the same day by the second respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
