ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A2 in SC No.330 of 2025 on the file of Additional District Court, Virudhunagar seeking expeditious disposal of Crl.M.P.No. 5 of 2026.

2. Perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner is charged with the offence under sections 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 123 of BNS, 2023.
3. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been stayed by this Court as per order of this Court, dated 27.07.2026 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.11719 of 2026, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose of Crl.M.P.No. 5 of 2026 seeking passport, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
