PRAYER: This Petition filed under section Petition u/s 528 of BNSS to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act) Karur to consider the bail petition to be filed by the Petitioners at the time of his surrender and pass appropriate orders on the same day in connection with Cr.No.348 of 2026
pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in crime No.348 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.
2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act) Karur, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender in Crime No.348 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
3. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 18.11.2026.
